BOOKING REQUESTS
Appointment bookings are made via website: https://toriprincebeauty.com/. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. You are subject to a 100% of the service cost if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours of your scheduled date and time. Every appointment is subject to a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We appreciate your business! So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your service will be shortened due to your late arrival, and you will be charges a flat fee of $20 on top of your service cost.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
RETURNS POLICY
All product sales are final for sanitation purposes. Color variations may differ slightly from the displayed color. We will gladly replace a damaged item for an even exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please email a picture of the damaged item along with the original packaging with 24 hours of receipt to support@toriprincebeauty.com.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Products that are out of stock and/or “Pre-Order” will require additional processing time up to 2 weeks (business days). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Tori Prince Beauty® ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Tori Prince Beauty® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Tori Prince Beauty® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
