- Products – All skincare product sales are final due to health and safety regulations. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at inquiries@toriprincebeauty.com for a replacement.
- Digital Products – All e-books, guides, and digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Programs & Services – Payments for skincare programs and services are non-refundable. Rescheduling or cancellations are subject to our $75 rebooking/cancellation fee within 48 hours of an appointment.
- Refunds – Approved refunds (damaged goods only) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
