All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Effective January 04, 2022, due to COVID-19 price increases, all shipping fees will be updated to reflect carrier increases. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
